Cookie Policy
Effective: 2026-05-30
This Cookie Policy explains how VICTUM GROUP, s. r. o. uses cookies and similar technologies (collectively, "cookies") on https://tellsign.app and the Tellsign application.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We also use related local-storage techniques to remember preferences (e.g. your dark/light theme). For this Policy, "cookies" covers both.
2. Categories we use
2.1 Strictly necessary (always on)
Required for the site to function — you cannot opt out. These do not track you across sites.
| Cookie / storage key | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
session | Keeps you signed in. | 30 days (rolling). |
google_oauth_state | CSRF protection during Google sign-in. | 10 minutes. |
lof_theme (localStorage) | Remembers your dark/light theme preference. | Until cleared. |
of_consent_v1 (localStorage) | Stores your cookie consent decision. | Until cleared. |
2.2 Analytics (with your consent)
Used to understand how the product is used so we can improve it.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes unique users. | 2 years |
_ga_* | Google Analytics 4 | Persists session state. | 2 years |
We send IP addresses to Google Analytics with the anonymize_ip flag, which truncates the last octet before storage.
2.3 Marketing (with your consent)
Used for conversion tracking and remarketing on Google Ads. Enables us to measure which ads produce signups and to show ads to people who visited our site.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
_gcl_au | Google Ads | Conversion linker. | 90 days |
_gcl_aw | Google Ads | Click-through attribution. | 90 days |
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We use Google's Consent Mode v2 framework. While you have not yet decided — or if you opted out of analytics/marketing — Google's tags load in a "denied" state, which sends only aggregated, cookieless pings (no identifiers). When you accept, the flags update in real time and the regular cookies are set.
4. Managing your consent
On your first visit, our cookie banner asks you to Accept all, Reject all, or Customize each category. You can change your decision at any time:
- click on this page;
- or use your browser's settings to delete the
of_consent_v1localStorage entry — the banner will appear again on next visit.
You can also disable cookies entirely in your browser; the application will continue to work but you'll need to sign in on every visit.
5. Do Not Track
Our site treats the DNT browser signal the same as a "Reject all" consent decision for analytics and marketing categories. Essential cookies still load.
6. Updates
We may update this Policy when we change cookies. Material changes will trigger the consent banner again so you can review and decide anew.
