Refund Policy

1. Free trial first

Every new account receives a 7-day, 50-lead free trial without a credit card. We strongly recommend you use the trial to confirm the Service meets your needs before subscribing.

2. Consumer right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer (a natural person purchasing outside the scope of your trade, business, or profession) and reside in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 days of placing your order, without giving any reason.

How to withdraw. Send a clear statement (email is fine) to [email protected] stating the order you wish to cancel and the date. A model withdrawal form is at the bottom of this page.

Refund. If you withdraw within the 14-day window, we will refund all payments received from you for that subscription, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Important — partial loss of right. If you explicitly request that the Service begin within the 14-day withdrawal period and we begin providing it, you are obligated to pay an amount proportional to what has been delivered up to the moment of withdrawal. If you have fully consumed the digital service (e.g. used all the included scans on a one-off bundle), the right of withdrawal is extinguished pursuant to Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

3. Business customers (no statutory right of withdrawal)

If you are purchasing in the course of a trade, business, craft, or profession, you are not a consumer under EU law and the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply. However, we offer the goodwill terms set out in section 4 below.

4. Goodwill cancellation (all customers)

Regardless of your status, you may cancel a subscription at any time from the in-app billing page or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We do not issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of the current cycle, except in the EU/EEA withdrawal window described above or where required by your local consumer protection law.

If you cancel and believe you have a genuine reason for a refund outside these rules (extended outage, billing error, etc.), contact [email protected] and we'll review case-by-case in good faith.

5. Billing errors

If you believe you were billed incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, charge after cancellation), contact [email protected] within 60 days of the charge. Verified errors are refunded in full.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we'll usually be able to resolve it faster than the bank can. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.

7. Taxes

Refunds include any VAT or sales tax originally charged. The refunded amount appears on your bank or card statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
